Retention period

Comments under social media posts will remain until the post is taken offline, the comment is removed by Aizy B.V. or you submit a removal request;

You can unsubscribe from receiving mailings at any time. You will find an option to do this under each marketing email;
Payroll tax statements and a copy of employees’ ID will be retained for five (5) years after the end of employment;
Records of performance and appraisal interviews, employment contracts, correspondence concerning appointment, promotion, demotion and dismissal, certificates and frequency of absence will be retained for up to two (2) years after the employee leaves employment;
We keep personnel records for twenty (20) years because this is required by law.
